This is mostly about the director's resume and qualifications, but it is still interesting news. :)

Protagonist will Stephanie Plum who lands on a job as a bounty hunter only to be assigned the first job of tracking down a runaway local cop who turns out to be someone from her romantic past. No matter how small this information is, it still gives me a little grin to think they are working on this movie, and we are going to have a plethora of "OFTM" news soon!!!  Yay!!

Interesting Controversial Subject Posted on IMDB

Hey guys,

I was over at IMDB, and I came across a post that Pattrose had mentioned reading over there talking about the sequels. I don't know if there is any truth to this info, but I would sure be disappointed if they started all over and recast for the next movie.

I don't want to fuel any rumors, so if anyone does have any info on if this is true or not, please feel free to inform us differently, but I thought this was worth a discussion on whether you think this would be a good idea or not.

I'm just going to give my opinion up front here. I would hate it if they changed up the characters now for the sequel. It would be so distracting to me to see different actors as the main characters, especially Stephanie. I think KH will do an excellent job, and I am really hoping this info is a fabrication.

More 'One for the Money' news!! Yay!! Hopefully this is a start of an upward trend!! John Leguizamo was recently interviewed about his recent projects, and 'One for the Money' was mentioned. It is another small mention, but still interesting.

"And what about One for the Money?
That’s with Katherine Heigl. It was a lot of fun working with her. She’s very serious about her acting which is great, but she’s still funny. The movie is based on these big novels, One for the Money, Two for the Dough—they go up to like eleven and this is her first. Katherine’s character is a New Jersey bounty hunter. That we wrapped a long time ago so it should be coming out in the summer of 2011."
